shipping and returns

Ethica offers FREE shipping on all oils with a $20 minimum purchase! If your order doesn't quite make it to $20, you'll only pay $3.25 to have your oils delivered right to you. Need to send it back? We offer free returns, too. You always have 30 days to return your purchase in its original, unopened condition.

shipping and delivery

We ship daily, excluding holidays. Orders placed online ship within one business day. On many occasions, if you get your order into us by 12 Noon PST, your package will ship out the same day!

We currently use USPS First Class Air Mail for delivery of all packages. You will receive a tracking number in a separate email once your order has shipped. We may add a secondary carrier in the coming months to provide more shipping options, but so far we have been more than impressed with USPS First Class. Our packages almost always arrive within 2 to 3 business days, plus USPS delivers six days a week. 

international shipping

At this time, Ethica ships only to the contiguous 48 States, Alaska and Hawaii. We are looking to add international shipping within the coming year.

eco-friendly

Ethica uses biodegradable, recycled and sustainably sourced materials for all of our shipping solutions. We do not ship with poly mailers or bubble bags – you will receive your glass bottled oils in a sturdy corrugated box that has been custom-designed for The Ethica Company. We strive to use the minimal amount of packaging and filler needed to safely transport your essential oils.
